When you submit a VIP or private-event request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested date, party size, section preference, event type, and any message you provide. Career applications may include contact details, desired position, age-eligibility response, availability, experience, an optional applicant photo, and other information you choose to provide. Our website may also receive standard technical information needed to operate securely.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, confirm availability, manage reservations and events, evaluate employment applications, provide customer service, prevent misuse, and operate and improve the website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the website, communications, reservations, or secure file storage, or when required by law. Career applications and applicant photos are available only to authorized Calabash administrators. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and our business records.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You can also choose not to submit an online form and contact us by phone.
